Montrose Charm

Montrose Charm is a seedling developed from a very upright grafted white spruce we called Montrose Spire.

 

Montrose Charm has inherited the compact upright characteristic of Montrose Spire, but with needle structure that is fuzzier and softer.

 

Montrose Charm is a rapid grower that benefits from heading back of the leader and the upper candle whorl after it grows to about 2 feet in size.

 

Montrose Charm will be a very attractive potted Christmas Tree due to its narrow and compact growth characteristics.

 

We believe it will grow into a full sized tree in time.
